HISTORY
There was a time when life in the village of Litochky wasn't so peaceful. In 1943, the Nazis burned the village house by house, turning a quiet settlement into hell.
Amid this chaos, only one building survived. The locals couldn't save everything. Risking their own lives, they fought the flames around the single structure that held all the village's cherished memories – the school.
A year ago, these walls were given new life. We preserved what survived the fire. We added a second floor, covered it with a thatched roof, and designed modern comfort. But we left the spirit of the house untouched.
Today, it's a two-story house built in authentic style, constructed from larch – a wood that lives up to 1,000 years and is known for its exceptional strength.
You can touch the very same wall that survived the war. The old markings are still visible on it. Here you can see that the house has been standing since 1907!
The house has a stove. And it's not decoration. It heats the entire house, you can cook meals in it, and climb onto the warm sleeping bench, just like in Slavic fairy tales.
The house rose from the ashes to give you something money can't buy.
